To the clan Itachi was the greatest Uchiha in the day, when Ichi was sent to the academy he was considered to be the next Itachi as some said. People said he was destined to be great, that he was born to make it to the top. Ichi graduated from the academy only a week or so after the great Uchiha Uchiha clan was revived. Ichi was sent on a mission with his team, but as they were on their way back they ran into a great band of criminals. The criminals took out his team and Ichi was about to die when he was rescued or he thought he was rescued the details are still a little blurry to him to this day. Years later when Ichi was old enough to be a Jounin when he ran into a team of ninja from konoha, at the time nobody knew who he was but they allowed him to go back with them. When he arrived he went the hokage and was given the rank of genin at this time the village had changed. Ichi was embaressed to be a genin at the age of 17, but he lived with it, and he quickly ranked up to chuunin, and then jounin within a year. When Ichi achieved the rank of jounin he lead his team using his skill, he forgotten his sharingan long ago afraid that it would bring back horrid memories. Ichi along with a team of anbu lead by a elite jounin went out on a mission to stop an old band of S rank ninja from attacking konoha. The team was massacred by band the S-rank criminals lead by Sai that planned on attacking konoha, during this fight Ichi's sharingan was re-awakened by anger and lust for revenge. Ichi barely survived and upon his return he found out the hokage was gravely injured and had a very low chance of recovery. But aside from the tragedy Ichi was promoted to elite jounin for managing to survive this attack, and for the need of more because the last was killed along with most of the anbu. The hokage new Ichi's skill would increase greatly if he had to chance too. It was less than a year later when the hokage had passed away, when this happened the village was in a large commotion. Nothing was orginized and missions were being post poned even though the village couldnt afford to post pone them. Amonce the ruccus the new hokage was decided to be the next strongest ninja and the only jounin left in Konoha. Although Ichi was great when his family died he was torn apart it was just a matter of time until he made the wrong decision, but at the time it wasnt at it didnt seem like the wrong one to this day. Ichi left after he killed Sai the criminal who killed the man who was like a father to him. And after doing so he restarted the criminal orginization called the akatsuki, in the quest to capture bijuu's and demons along with gaining powerfull members. Appearance:  ~~~~~ Rping Example: Ichi sighed while sitting upon large rock not too far away from the land of stars, he was going to pay his nephew another visit and leave him a present as well. Ichi hopped down with a slight jingle as a bag stuffed as much as it could be with money for his nephew. Ichi arrived late that night he expected to get there sooner but his little break made sure it wouldn't happen. When Ichi arrived at his nephew's place he was sleeping so Ichi left a note saying Dear Kazuma, i cant stay for long but i left you a present on the table, i know its no the best present but it will get you what you want for a while, and dont write back, i wont get the letter anyway, i hope to see you soon, and when you get stronger ill be back.Ichi left the house quickly and silently without making any jingle because he left the bag of money on his nephew's table. He hoped he would become his sucessor but as for now, he is too young. Ichi's thoughts rushed through uncertian yet positive that his nephew would find him or he would find him when the time was right. | |

Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

Once near their target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Hiraishin no Jutsu

It allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater. In principle, it is similar to the Summoning Technique, but sends the user somewhere instead of bringing something to them. Additionally, it makes no noise and produces no puff of smoke, allowing the user to appear behind someone unnoticed.
To use this jutsu, a special seal must be used first. This seal can be used in a kunai or placed directly in the ninjas desired place. This jutsu has a rank B cost if used only in the battle field, and a rank A cost if used to move to other places
Chidori

This justu is special in a way that transforms the user's chakra into pure lightning. The lightning focused in the hand of the ninja is capable of piercing through anything, making this jutsu a real danger. However, the ninja must run in a straight line in order to gain speed and power. Doing so, the ninja will become vulnerable to any counter. In order to use this, the ninja must have some kind of way to avoid this counter, being it the Sharingan, the dog pack (a summoning) or any other way of preventing this. If the user uses the Sharingan, or any other kind of thing to avoid an incoming counter, he will only be able to doing so against people of 1 rank above them and bellow. If not, they will have to use the Dog Pack, or any other jutsu made for this matter. This jutsu will have a chakra cost of 18, always.
Chidori Nagashi

A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds, this jutsu allows the user to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing the user to enhance his attacks with it. The user can also channel the electricity through a weapon, increasing its overall strength and cutting power. Because of not being focussed in one hand, this jutsu does not use as many chakra as Chidori would. This jutsu has a chakra cost of 12 always. Requires Chidori.

As vor visual effects, this jutsu is so powerfull, that even a chakra aura is made arround the user, from which th chakra is drained into the ninja's hand. This jutsu has a chakra cost of 25 always. Requires Chidori.
Kirin

A more powerful form of Chidori, this evolution alters the technique from a simple jab to an all out blast. This technique requires a storm to have formed above the user to use. Because of this, the Ninja typically starts the storm off with some technique, or alters reality to summon one. Upon doing so, the user will channel the electricity by raising a conductor, such as a Sword, into the air, and control the lightning, forming it into a ferocious beast, which will then swoop down upon an opponent. Because it is using existing lightning, this technique is able to exceed a ninjas normal capabilities, allowing them to control intense amounts. The lightning beast will roar downward upon an enemy faster then any normal ninja could ever hope to dodge, annihilating them and creating an intense explosion, the size of the blast depending on the ninja. This technique requires Chidori and Chidori Negashi to utilize. It's Chakra Cost is always 25.
Rasengan

This jutsu creates a spinning sphere of chakra on the user's palm. When the enemy is hit, he will be thrown away with extreme violence, due to the spinning effect. This jutsu requires a Kage Bunshin for ranks lower then Jounin.
Oodama Rasengan

A bigger version of the opponent on which it is harder to escape and the damages are even bigger then before. Because of that, the giant sphere must be carried both by the user and by a Kage Bunshin. Requires Rasengan and Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.
Chou Oodama Rasengan

An even LARGER version of the original Rasengan, the size of this sphere is larger then a man. This sphere has even more power then the original Oodama, and because of this can be a lethal technique. It's size also makes the technique even harder avoid. Because of the mass, it is difficult to control, and requires at least 4 clones. S-rank Ninjas are able to carry the Sphere alone, though still require clones to form it. Requires Oodama Rasengan and Kage Bushin no Jutsu

Rasen Shuriken is formed by enumerable miniscule small blades which slice into every cell of his target, severing the chakra circulatory channels connecting all the vital points on the body. Once it connects the highly dangerous attack will envelop the target in a massive sphere of destruction. The attack hits the opponent in such a way that it is even beyond the abilities of the Sharingan to copy. Due to its channel severing nature, the result on the body resembles a fast acting poison more than an outright attack
